BJRD is an open access journal. Published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication.
Article Processing Charges
The management and publication costs of BJRD are borne by the Royal University of Bhutan. BJRD does not charge authors submission fees, article processing charges, publication fees, page charges, colour charges, or printing charges.
Future Fee Changes
If the journal introduces any fee in the future, the fee, waiver conditions, timing of payment, and refund policy must be published clearly on the journal website before implementation and must not influence editorial decisions.
Access to Published Articles
Published articles are available online through the official BJRD website and may also be distributed in print or through institutional channels.
